Problem:
Hong Kong is a stressful city and people leave in drones during holidays. Many of these holiday trips including shopping sprees and eating high fat food, which are themselves stressful, polluting, and unhealthy. Many wind up falling ill during holiday trips.
Reasons:
Lack of quality holiday facilities
Besides the desire to get out of for a change, to experience new places, new culture, and the adventure and excitement of travel, there is a lack of quality vacation spots for relaxation in Hong Kong. Holiday trips aboard has become a cultural norm and necessity.
Solution:
Develop more quality recreation and leisure facilities
We need to develop more quality recreational and holiday facilities locally to be enjoyed on a daily basis. For example, more camping sites and bike trails in our country parks, and more water activities in our surrounding water.
